The Buzzard Platform Project

The Buzzard Oil Field is located in the North Sea and was discovered in 2001. The field was initially operated and owned by Nexan which is now a subsidiary of Chinas CNOOC. The total proven reserve of oil is 1.5 billion barrels. Power Wholesale engaged with Nexan London, Balfour Beatty and Heerema fabrication yard in the UK supplying material on the four bridge-linked steel platforms project.
